L'Avenir d'Auroville New Members
We're happy to announce that after much anticipation, new members have joined the L'Avenir d'Auroville/TDC – Anbu, Lakshay and Toby – to support the continuing members – Saravanan and Sreevatsa. The Working Committee has selected the new members on an interim basis, after carefully scanning, meeting and evaluating various applications from the community. It was very encouraging to see many applications to serve the positions, reinforcing the importance our community lays on this body, gracefully set up by The Mother herself. Furthermore, it's worth noting that the new composition has a right mix of experience and expertise, old and new, planning and action, etc.
We had a team-building session with Elvira and Elisa, to have a better understanding of each other and align our aspirations related to TDC. With this strengthened new 'Interface Team', we shall look into the organisational aspects, constitution of 'Technical Teams', resource optimization and mobilization, deeper interaction and participation of the community, and to have smoother working relationships with other working groups. We hope this positive change shall bring harmony to our regular functioning and expedite the decision-making process.
In the future, we expect to have improved communication mechanisms in place, to address community members' queries in a quicker manner. Meanwhile, we request everyone to have a little bit more patience and allow us all to settle into our roles.
We're hoping the divine will guide us in our service and the community will shower us their blessing, love, and cooperation.
