Dismissal of Aurovilian from the workplace
Dear Community, Entity::The Council commenced a subgroup in July to address the issue of dismissal of Aurovilian from the workplace.
After interacting with individuals and groups directly or indirectly related to this topic, the subgroup felt that instead of a policy or guidelines an awareness and human aspect is more important in such situations.
A mutual understanding to hold a space for both to introspect and to listen to each other so that the dismissal doesn’t end up in a surprise. Keeping this aspect in mind the subgroup submitted to the Council a short note of information and clarification for those that find themselves in this situation.
The Council is happy to share it with the community for feedback which can be addressed till 30th December 2021, to avcouncil (at) auroville.org.in
