Dear community, on 12 January we were informed by the Under Secretary to prepare a presentation of ‘action taken’ and ‘the progress report’ concerning FAMC working group related points in the 57th Governing Board meeting minutes. For the FAMC those are the points on ‘Economy’.
On Saturday 15 January we were told by the Working Committee to follow a given format for the Governing Board presentation. We worked on the FAMC presentation together online Saturday, Sunday and Monday morning.
On Sunday 16th we were informed to present the FAMC presentation to the Secretary for her inputs on 17 January at 12 noon. That meeting took place. We then finalized the presentation on Monday afternoon 17 January.
