Roofing with wooden rafters, thatch and bamboo mat

Description
Wooden rafters are used. Instead of purlins which are spread horizontally for a tile construction, additional wooden reinforcements are spread diagonally over which a bamboo mat is spread. A chicken mesh fastened to the mat is used as a barrier to termites and animals not to destroy the roof. Above this is laid a thatch.
